Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall conduct, when directed, Phase One archaeological field survey and/or Phase Two Archaeological National Register evaluations and laboratory work pursuant to the requirements established by the Illinois State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), the Secretary of the Interior’s (SOI) Guidelines and Standards for Archaeology and Historic Preservation, and the Illinois Archaeological Survey (IAS). In addition, the Vendor shall assist the IDNR Cultural Resource Coordinator (CRC) in the evaluation, tracking, and coordination of IDNR Comprehensive Environmental Review Program (CERP) projects. The vendor shall work closely with the CRC on a daily basis to provide cultural resource review for its program of culture resource investigations, specifically reviewing grant, permit, and force account applications, coordinating work on a daily basis. The Vendor shall assist in monitoring and documenting cultural resources in the field as per the established criteria set forth by the IDNR. The Vendor shall also assist in the development of National Register nominations
