Specifications include, but are not limited to: Countywide Records Management System. The RMW desires to engage a consultant to assist in this effort. The RMW anticipates amulti-phased project;Phase 1:Review the current computer network to establish the capabilities·and needs of the system county-wide.Phase 2:Work with the RMW to develop a strategic plan for a countywide·records management system.Phase 3:Work with the RMW to develop an RFP to facilitate the strategic·plan.Phase 3:Assist the RMW in evaluating the proposals submitted.·Phase 4:Act as a liaison between the RMW and the successful vendor to·implement the system. The contract shall remain in effect for one year, sufficient to completethe original scope of work, and to allow additional work products of a similar nature atthe contract rate upon request of the RMW and approval of fund and/or work by afunding organization
