U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS SOURCES FOR LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN QUINCY, IL
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers lease of office space is expiring in Quincy, IL. The Government intends to lease office space in Quincy and is interested in considering alternative space if alternative space is economically advantageous. The Government will consider the cost of moving, alterations, etc when deciding whether it should relocate.
REQUIRED:
800-1000 square feet of ANSI/BOMA Office Area that meets General Services Administration (GSA) Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishing, and equipment
General secure, lighted building entry
Open office desk workstations to accommodate 3-5 desks and a printer area
Storage space (100 square feet)
Utilities and services, including HVAC, gas, hot and cold water, and sewer services
Minimum T1 line capability
Restroom facilities (can be common to building) with custodial support if common
Secure 24-hour parking spaces for up to 3 government vehicles
Secure parking (daytime) for at least 5 vehicles
Snow removal
Meeting room to accommodate up to 20 persons (in suite, or access)
Kitchenette (in suite, or access)
TERM: Space is required on or about June 1, 2022
