The Decatur Team Section Headquarters is a 13-building complex established in 1955. The scope of work includes construction of a chemical tank building with concrete containment, concrete apron, and all brine production equipment. The project will include the purchase of new polyurethane tanks. The Effingham Sign Shop Building (D0792) is a 4,032 square foot building established in 1993. The scope of work provides for the replacement of the metal roof and attendant accessories and replacement of structural members that have decayed. The Effingham Headquarters Building (D0700) is 26,110 square foot, 2-story building established in 1933. The scope of work provides for the renovation of the second floor, including floors, walls, ceilings, and lighting and renovating the HVAC system as necessary. The work will also provide for replacing the windows throughout the building and replacing the roofing system, along with all attendant accessories. The Fairfield Team Section Headquarters is a 4-building complex established in 1960. The scope of work includes construction of a chemical tank building with concrete containment, concrete apron, and all brine production equipment.
