Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Village of Tinley Park is soliciting proposals for the purpose of procuring a software solution(s) to meet the specific computing and customer service needs of the Village. The Village will consider a single Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution including Financial, Utility Billing, Payroll, Community Development and Citizen Engagement as well as a “stand-alone” Community Development solution or a “stand-alone” Financial, Utility Billing, and Payroll system. With this implementation, the Village is looking to: ❖ Increase department access to information ❖ Eliminate reliance on manual and paper-based processes ❖ Improve system auditability ❖ Have automated workflow solutions to support department processes ❖ Improve reporting and access to information (access to the Village data for reporting is a must) ❖ Improve system integrations to reduce or eliminate the manual movement of information between systems.
