Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this bid is to contract with a qualified Landscaping Contractor to provide installation and maintenance of approximately 96 hanging flower baskets, 54 streetscape planter pots and 21 ground planter pots for the summer months along with 54 streetscape planter pots and 10 ground planter pots for the winter months located throughout the three Village of Winnetka business districts (see attached exhibit, “Summer 2024 Commercial District Planters” and “Winter 2024 Commercial District Planters”). Please note that the exhibit indicates a total of 48 hanging basket locations, with each location containing two hanging baskets for a total of 96 individual hanging baskets. The scope of services includes planting, germination to pre-placement specifications, maintenance, watering and removal of plant materials for all hanging flower baskets and ground-level planter pots as described herein.
