Specifications include, but are not limited to: he City of Crystal Lake is seeking a qualified snow removal contractor to supplement City crews during winter snow operations for sidewalk snow and ice removal. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, fuel, supplies, and equipment to provide the City of Crystal Lake with supplemental sidewalk snow and ice removal services. During the past three years, sidewalk snow and ice removal services have been needed, on average, three to six times per season.
