Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contracted Provider(s) must provide broadband internet service for program participants through June 30, 2022 with the possibility for services beyond this time period, based on the availability of funds, and subject to further negotiation. The selected Contracted Provider(s) must begin the Project immediately upon award of the contract. 2. Contracted Provider(s) must have the capacity required to begin installations as soon as initiation of project, and ability to complete installations within 5-10 days of a household’s verification of eligibility. 3. Contracted Provider(s) must have the necessary infrastructure to provide coverage at predefined bandwidth levels. Contracted Provider(s) must offer households with a package which meets the technology requirements noted in Section 2.2 below and consistent with ECF requirements.
