• Provide labor (painters) • Provide all equipment, materials and supplies (paint, buckets, brushes, rollers, drop cloths, masking tape, rags, ladders, etc.) • Not be reimbursed travel time to and from job work location • Ensure projects are started at the agreed to time • Ensure projects are finished at the agreed to time • Receive instructions and priorities from the Campus Operations Director, or his designee, and ensure the crew to be managed satisfactorily caries out those instructions and priorities • Report progress to the Campus Operations Director, or his designee. • Ensure work is done in a safe manner • Ensure quality of work is done in a professional, workmanlike manner, free of sags, runs, and overspray • Conspicuously post Wet Paint signs and rope off wet paint areas as necessary • Protect all areas and objects not to be painted, including but not limited to shrubs, trees, flower beds, and any personal property • Protect areas and objects or move objects so that they will not have overspray on them • Ensure that all waste generated are removed and disposed of in strict accordance with all applicable rules, regulations, codes, laws, ordinances, statutes, etc. No College dumpsters or trash containers are to be used for the disposal of job refuse • Ensure that any materials which may constitute a fire hazard are removed from the College property at the end of each work shift
