Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services (OVCAS) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist in the modernization of the campus irrigation system. This project will be solicited in tandem with a mapping phase and a maintenance phase. The University wishes to identify a vendor who will provide complete schematic maps and technical details of the existing irrigation system as well as implementing a comprehensive maintenance program that effectively addresses the University’s needs within a streamlined and budgetconscious manner. The outcome expected is that the University will have secured a vendor to provide ongoing annual maintenance, start up, and winterization services for the campus irrigation system. The University expects the mapping phase is to be completed during the base term of the contract. The renewal term will consist of irrigation system maintenance only.
