The following Specifications and other provisions shall govern the performance of the proposed Work and will be made a part of the Agreement. 1. General Respondent shall conduct analysis using existing PH data or obtain field samples as necessary to provide Clean Construction and Demolition Debris (“CCDD”) certifications or lab reports for soil disposal for the multiple locations in the Village denoted herein. 2. Order of Work The Village expects the order of work to be as follows: i. Respondent shall create separate submittals for each program. The Village seeks to have the LPC-662, LPC-663, or lab reports for each location. ii. Each report shall include at least one approval letter from a local facility that will accept spoils from the report sites. iii. All final reports are due to the Village on or before December 19, 2025.
