This is a non-personal services contract to upgrade Army Cyber Command’s (ARCYBER) Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS), located in building 215 on Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The Contractor shall provide, install, program, commission, and test an ICIDS compatible IDS alarm to include ACS and CCTV designed to meet or exceed AR 380-5. Tasks to include:
Replace/Upgrade ICIDS SCIF Workstation (Floor 2) to include test/verification.
•Upgrade Galaxy Access Control System (Floor 1) to include the replacement of six (6) existing card readers and upgrading existing Galaxy hardware and software.
•Upgrade Axis Video Surveillance System to include the replacement of the current server; replacing six (6) existing cameras; installing an additional exterior dome camera.
