The intent of this project is to clean and paint the structural steel of ten (10) existing bridges for improved maintenance with a minimum disruption to the motoring public and adjacent environment. Location 1: S.N. 057-0113, T.R. 76 over FAI-74 @ m.p.118.9 in McLean County. Location 2: S.N. 057-0102, Carlock Rd. over FAI-74 @ m.p.120.0 in McLean County. Location 3: S.N. 057-0112, T.R. 90 over FAI-74 @ m.p.120.5 in McLean County. Location 4: S.N. 057-0114, T.R. 104 over FAI 74 @ m.p.121.6 in McLean County. Location 5: S.N. 057-0115, T.R. 201 over FAI 74 @ m.p.123.8 in McLean County. Location 6: S.N. 057-0105, FAS 1473 over FAI 74 @ m.p.126.3 in McLean County. Location 7: S.N. 057-0205, FAI 39 SB over FAS 472 / CH 12 @ m.p. 4.7 in McLean County. Location 8: S.N. 057-0206, FAI 39 NB over FAS 472 / CH 12 @ m.p. 4.7 in McLean County. Location 9: S.N. 057-0045 FAI 74 WB over N.S.R.R. @ m.p.124.6 in McLean County. Location 10: S.N. 057-0046 FAI 74 EB over N.S.R.R. @ m.p.124.6 in McLean County. Locations 1 thru 10: Clean all structural steel to SSPC SP10 (near white blast), prime, and paint per individual location. Contain and dispose of all lead waste residue from structures 057-0113, 057-0102, 057-0112, 057-0114, 057-0115, 057-0105, 057-0045 and 057-0046 and contain and dispose of all non-lead waste residue from structures 057-0205 and 057-0206 located in Mclean County in District 5.
