Eligibility and enrollment administration, including but not limited to transmission of eligibility files and/or enrollment files to vendors providing medical, dental, vision, life, etc. benefits and/or administrative services; 2. Billing and payment processing, including online and mail-in payments (See D. Payment Processing, below); 3. COBRA administration; 4. ACA compliance, reporting and processing; 5. Analytics and reporting; 6. Employee Self Service Portal; 7. Benefit calculation capabilities; 8. Benefit plan management; 9. Call Center to respond to Employee questions related to billing, eligibility, and Plan information during normal business hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Central Standard Time, except on the following holidays: New Year’s Day; Martin Luther King Jr. Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran’s Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and New Year’s Day.; 10. Payroll Integration; 11. Record keeping; 12. Benefit program implementation and administration, including determination of eligibility, enrollment in benefits and administration of payroll deductions for active employees; 13.
