Call Center to respond to Employee questions related to billing, eligibility, and Plan information during normal business hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM Central Standard Time, except on the following holidays: New Year’s Day; Martin Luther King Jr. Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veteran’s Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and New Year’s Day. 10.
