Waubonsee Community College (WCC) seeks sealed bids from for new equipment and tools for the future Automotive Technology and Auto Body Repair Labs. Equipment will require delivery to the campus, and may require installation and training. There is an Excel worksheet provided under separate cover to be completed as part of this bid. General; 1. New equipment and tools only. Awarded Bidder must be an authorized reseller. 2. Awarded Bidder will be required to submit a certificate of insurance to the college prior to delivery and installation. 3. Awarded Bidder will coordinate all delivery and installation with the college and Pepper Construction, the college’s Construction Manager. Equipment / Material; 1. Bidder shall use the provided worksheet to document unit and total costs, and identify any alternate recommendations. 2. Bidder may recommend an alternate item; however, it is at the college’s discretion as to whether or not to accept the alternate item.
