A contract to enable Central Management Services, Division of Vehicles (CMS DOV) to purchase auto repair and towing services on an as-needed basis during the contract period. Approximately 12,000 automobiles, SUVs, and light-duty trucks, including fossil-fuel, hybridelectric, and electric vehicles, in the State’s fleet are subject to this contract. These vehicles are assigned to State Agencies or other governmental units. Repairs and maintenance are generally provided through thirteen (13) State Garages operated by CMS DOV, which manages the fleet’s service needs.
