TASKS/CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS a. Contractor shall survey each location specified. For each location, the Contractor shall design and choose the appropriate type and location of all equipment for the environment. The size of devices shall be based upon room size and functionality. b. Contractor shall design a solution that maintains the room ergonomics for each location. If extra cabling will be necessary, the Contractor shall provide the installation of cabling adhering to the standards in place at each facility. No cabling shall be exposed. c. All equipment shall be OEM; no refurbished equipment shall be accepted. Equipment shall not have a current end-of-life schedule. d. Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, general maintenance, support services, audiovisual consulting, and installation services e. Contractor shall provide a kickoff meeting with Pace IT staff to create a deployment plan that will be updated by the Contractor throughout the contract. f. Contractor shall provide onsite field service and/or remote service support for installations and repairs. g. Contractor shall provide software/firmware releases and updates as part of regular maintenance. h. Contractor shall provide installation staff that will perform packing, unpacking and placement of equipment. All working areas shall be kept clear to not interfere with daily Pace operations. All empty cartons, crates, boxes and debris shall be cleaned up each evening placing trash where instructed by Pace staff.
