The primary pickup site for Athletic travel is McHenry County College Main Campus, 8900 US Highway 14, Crystal Lake, IL 60012. Departure times are critical for team travel to maintain planned itineraries. A 10% penalty fee shall be assessed for every 15 minutes that the vendor is late for departure. Unless otherwise specified in the booking, buses are to be at the departure point 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure time to allow for passenger boarding. Each team must arrive to the destination site at least 90 minutes prior to the start of a competition. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to coordinate with McHenry County College Athletics staff members to determine departure times necessary to meet this requirement, taking into consideration drive time and road and weather conditions to arrive on site, on time. It is expected that the bus and driver will remain on site for the length of the competition.
