Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide armed, uniformed guards for Pace passenger facilities located at the Chicago Heights Terminal and Harvey Transportation Center. Armed guard services shall be defined as possession of a handgun during security guard services. 1. Contractor shall be required to provide and keep current the following: a. Professionally trained, armed, uniformed security guards. Non-armed security guards will not be allowed. b. A copy of the Contractor’s Illinois Department of Professional Regulation Security Profession license. c. A twenty-four (24) hour emergency phone number in case the Contractor’s employees do not arrive on time. d. Names and resumes of Contractor’s personnel, including supervisors, who will be assigned to the Pace contract. 2. Contractor shall provide security service 365 days per year at: a. Pace Chicago Heights Terminal – 1620 Vincennes Avenue, Chicago Heights, IL 60411 – One (1) armed guard during the hours of Monday through Friday from 1100 to 1900 Saturday from 1100 to 1900 Sunday from 1100 to 1900 Fifty-six (56) total weekly hours b. Pace Harvey Transportation Center – 15330 Park Avenue, Harvey, IL 60426 – Two (2) armed guards during the hours of Monday through Friday – from 0600 to 2200 Saturday from 0900 to 2200 Sunday from 1000 to 2200 One hundred five (105) total weekly hours
