The water management plan includes inspection, assessment, recommendation, implementation and treatment reports. The service program will include a maximum of 10 inspections, the contractor will determine the proper treatment program at the time of inspection based on the weather and environmental conditions of the water. 1. All chemical products used must be EPA registered and labeled for aquatic use. Product labels will determine the application rates and will be applied by licensed applicators. 2. The program will include blue or blue-green dye for all four ponds to help control algae and photosynthesis as well as bacteria treatments. 3. Program does not include the removal of plant material near the shore bank (Cattail, duckweed, watermeal or rip-rap control.) 4. Due to weather and environmental conditions, inspections will begin in April.
