Packaging and shipment of product and placarding of delivery vehicle shall conform to the current U.S.Department of Transportation (DOT) and other federal, state, and local requirements.Unit pricing must include all cost for delivery, unloading, and container rental.Shipments shall be made between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday unlessotherwise approved in advance by the Cities. Deliveries will not be accepted on the following holidays:New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day,Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.Deliveries shall be made within three (3) working days of order.
