Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Illinois, Department of Natural Resources (IDNR), will accept bids from Bidders for the operation of a Lodge Concession which includes: a restaurant with indoor seating and a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking Lake Michigan, kitchen, boiler and fuel rooms, indoor Olympic size swimming pool, and a large dining hall/banquet room along with 96 guest rooms located at Adeline Jay Geo-Karis Illinois Beach State Park in Zion, Illinois. The concessionaire will be authorized to rent, sell, serve or dispense the following, including but not limited to: guest rooms, food, hot and cold beverages, alcoholic beverages, packaged beer, confections, tobacco products, souvenirs and novelties, flowers, magazines, newspapers, post cards, pictures, photographs, books and descriptive historical booklets other than park literature distributed by IDNR.
