Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful respondent will conduct a broad-based market analysis of the current and forecasted size of the higher education market delineated by student type (e.g., traditionally aged student, adult learner, corporate student, etc.) The consultant( s) will provide an environmental scan of the market to determine which undergraduate and graduate programs (including majors, minors and certificates) have strong projected and ongoing demand in the metropolitan St. Louis area, the Midwest region of the United States with special focus on Missouri, Iowa, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Indiana, and Tennessee. It is imperative that recommendations are based upon empirical data. Additionally, this group will recommend how the University can position itself competitively in terms of its program offerings. and engage the University in discussions regarding best practices in achieving successful alternative format program
