Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary scope of this project is to procure four (4) fully automatic autonomous wheelchair securement systems (WSS). These systems are to be mounted on the street side of four (4) 40’ New Flyer Xcelsior Buses, 2017 model year, which are currently in service. VIN’s of the vehicles are listed below. Each system must be all inclusive as to all needed components to complete the installation of this application. As part of this scope, GPMTD is requesting pricing for replacement slimline theater style ADA seating to replace existing thick ADA seating. Installation of new ADA seating shall not require the addition of structure to the bus. Finally, labor for removal of existing equipment and installation of these systems and new ADA seating shall be included as part of this proposal.
