Specifications for desk:
Desk sizes must have a nominal dimension as specified, but with sufficient clearance not to bind on the ends. An allowable deviation from nominal dimensions of +0” to -3” is allowed on the ends to prevent binding against cubicle ends.
Quantities:
375 each 30” x 84”
175 each 30” x 72”
Desk height range shall be 25” minimum height and 46” maximum height. Desk height ranges less than 25” and more than 46” will be acceptable so long as 25”-46” range is met.
All desks shall include a minimum of three programmable heights:
- A programmable max height limit for situations when the full range cannot be used, so that the desk cannot go above that setting unless it is changed. For example, if there is a shelf above the desk, the desk should be programable to stop the desk from hitting the shelf.
- A programmable sitting height within height range to be set by user.
- A programmable standing height within height range to be set by user.
All desks shall have a minimum lift capacity of 200 lbs.
Preferred finishes include: Top should be a light to medium gray, tan, or beige, preferably speckled to conceal scratches, dust, and hand prints. Matte finish is preferred to minimize the appearance of scratches, etc.
Minimum 10 year warranty. Either your commercial warranty, or you can offer a longer warranty period to be added to the contract.
