The specific work to be undertaken by the successful firm for the comprehensive master park and recreation plan process is described in this Section, and respondents should include in their proposals how they will assist the Village with completing this work as well as any new ideas that may have not been included in the Scope of Services. The work described in this Section is considered to be the minimum required to complete this process. In their submittals, firms should propose additions or edits to this scope that leads to the best process. The Parks and Recreation Commission will be evaluating which firm can most effectively blend multiple documents, spreadsheets, ideas, and plan into one Comprehensive Master Plan and provide expertise, knowledge, and ideas to create a realistic plan. Major focus of the project is placed on Eton Park, Village Hall, undeveloped land, and developing a comprehensive walking path plan. Conceptual plans will need to be developed to effectively communicate and convey the ideas.
