The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking to procure professional services for the replacement and upgrade of fire alarm panels at three facilities: Chicago North, located at 5401 N. Elston Ave; Chicago South, located at 9901 S Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr; and Chicago West, located at 5301 W Lexington St. The project’s goal is to ensure full compliance with Illinois and U.S. fire safety regulations, including the applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, the Chicago Building Code, and the Chicago Fire Prevention Code. The upgraded fire alarm panels must integrate seamlessly with existing systems to enhance fire safety functionality across all facilities. Work will occur during the specified facility operational hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
