The City of Lockport will receive sealed bids for Water Main Replacement, Storm Sewer Installation, Drainage Structure Installations, Aggregate Base Course, PCC Sidewalk removal and replacement for ADA compliance, Sidewalk Infill, Curb and Gutter removal and replacement, Driveway Removal and Replacement, HMA Surface Removal, Class D Patching, HMA Binder Course, HMA Surface Course, Pavement Markings, Regulatory Signs, Parkway Restoration, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project all in accordance with the Specifications and Contract Documents No. 26-100 for the 2026 Roadway Reconstruction & Water Main Replacement Project (Hamilton St., Washington St, and Jefferson St.).
