The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: ● Supply professional, courteous temporary workers trained to provide outstanding customer service to guests while maintaining respectful, efficient communication with District staff members. ● Provide high quality Food & Beverage temporary labor on an as needed basis for the following roles: Banquet servers, Dishwashers, Prep Cooks and Bartenders. ● The vendor shall provide temporary workers to perform, but not be limited to, the following functions: All Temporary Labor ● Provide outstanding customer service to all guests while maintaining respectful communication with District staff members ● Maintain clean and organized work areas ● Temporary workers must be uniformed and appropriately groomed ● Follow all venue and local safety, food safety, public health regulations, and environmental health standards ● All Temporary Food & Beverage labor must complete a safety orientation prior to commencing work at Chevy Chase Country Club Banquet Servers ● Set up banquet rooms according to banquet event orders (tables, chairs, linens, service ware, décor, etc.) ● Serve food and beverages in accordance with venue and event standards ● Assist in event teardown and reset as required ● Clear tables promptly, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils throughout the meal and after guests depart. Dishwashers ● Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using manual and automatic dishwashing methods and safely return items to designated storage areas Prep Cooks ▪ Responsible for preparing ingredients for food service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and supporting chefs and line cooks to ensure smooth and timely meal service. Bartenders ● Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages ● Must be BASSET, TIPS or have equivalent certification
