The awarded Contractor will be called upon to transport and disposal of spoils generated in the course of normal Municipal operations. Debris material may consist of spoils from utility work (mud, dirt, etc.), concrete, asphalt, street sweepings, snow and other materials which may not be separated. Hauling of hazardous materials is not included in this scope of work. Spoil shall be disposed of in compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations. When directed by the Village to dispose of spoil at a Clean Construction or Demolition Debris (CCDD) facility, the Village will provide either form LPC-662 or LPC-663 for the spoil material. If the Contractor choses to dispose of any material at a CCDD facility without being directed to do so by the Village, the Contractor assumes all responsibility for providing all testing and certifications required, including all costs related thereto.
