A. Equipment Requirements. Upon notification by the City of the need for contractual snow removal services, the contractor shall be required to provide the equipment and operators for the hourly rates listed on the Quotation Form to clear City streets. All equipment shall be provided with an operator. At the time of reporting for work, all equipment must be fully fueled, operational and insured per the requirements listed in the City’s contract. B. Baseline Activities. The anticipated work includes the removal of snow from designated streets. C. Operators. All operators provided by the Contractor shall be both insured and licensed to drive in the State of Illinois. The Operators shall be trained and experienced in operating the equipment provided by the Contractor.
