Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to restore Village right-of-way following utility repairs, which may include PCC curb and gutter, sidewalk, and/or driveway removal and replacement; full depth concrete patches; and/or HMA pavement patches. The Village makes approximately 15-20 utility repairs a year that require restoration. The Village will provide the Contractor with a list of approximately 5 repairs at a time that will need to be repaired withing 14 days of notice. The Village expects that a maximum of three mobilizations will be required to complete this work. The contract season is weather dependent, but expected to run from April through November. The amount of work under this contract will be subject to the actual number of utility pavement patch repairs required and the availability of funds for this work.
