Specifications include, but are not limited to: The printing and mailing of two seasonal brochures: Spring/Summer 2022 and Fall/Winter 22-23. Printing of 2 brochures 1. 33,500 brochures, 28 total pages (4 pages glossy stock, 24 inside pages 40# stock), finished size @ 8.5” x 11” booklets. 2. Each brochure will be trimmed, folded, and stapled from approximately 11” x 17” pages. 3. Cover: Four page cover @ 11” x 17”, 80# white gloss. 4-color process on all pages. Front page only will be full bleed. 4. Inside Pages: 20 pages, 40# stock. Full color on all pages. 5. Brochure will be produced in Adobe Illustrator or InDesign and submitted to printer via email in PDF format on or before each due date: Spring/Summer: Friday, January 14, 2022 Fall/Winter: Friday, July 8, 2022 6. A proof of each brochure will be supplied to the Park Office for approval before printing.
