This owner-occupied property will be undergoing rehabilitation using Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds to ameliorate deteriorating and deteriorated conditions. Remove old Roofing down to bare sheathing. Inspect for damaged or rotted wood, replace as needed. Ice and snow guard along lower edge of roof line with water barrier over remaining sheathing. Install new 2 ‘D style white roof edge, step flashing, proper chimney flashing, new plumbing boots, and split flashing for the mast. Install at least 30-yr or better Architectural shingle (Owens preferred not mandatory). Clean gutters after roof job is completed. Building permit is needed.
