INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting qualification statements and proposals from qualified
vendors for Peoria County Jail Master Plan.
RFQ INFORMATION
Sealed qualification statements – one original and five copies and the entire response on a flash drive
will be accepted by the County of Peoria, Purchasing Division, 324 Main Street, Room 501, Peoria,
Illinois, 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on September 4, 2023. Submissions shall be submitted in a sealed
envelope or package with the RFQ name and number, due date and time marked on the outside. The
vendor's name and return address should also be included on the outside of the envelope.
Submissions received after the stated date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the
bidder unopened. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. Submissions will be opened and publicly
recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of submissions.
