INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting proposals from qualified vendors for Drug Testing Services and Supplies.
RFP INFORMATION
Sealed unbound proposals, one (1) copy with original (wet) signatures, two (2) additional copies and one copy on a flash drive will be accepted by the Peoria County Finance Office/Purchasing Division, 324 Main Street, Room 501, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on February 13, 2024. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFP name and number, due date and time marked on the outside. The vendor's name and return address should also be included on the outside of the envelope.
Do not use 3-ring binders or bind in any other manner. Binder clips are acceptable.
Proposals received after the stated date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened and publicly recorded following the closing time set for the receipt of proposals.
Statewide
