INTRODUCTION
The County of Peoria is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for Bid #05-06-23 Brick Tuckpointing and Repair.

PRE-BID MEETING
A MANDATROY pre-bid meeting/site visit will take place on June 1, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at the Peoria Sheriff’s Office, 301 N. Maxwell RD, Peoria IL 61604. Will meet in the main lobby upstairs.

PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
This project is a Public Works Project and will be subject to the Prevailing Wage Act. Please see "General Instructions to Bidders" for details. In addition to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements, Peoria County requires any General, or Sub-Contractor for contracts of $5,000 or greater, to participate in an Apprenticeship Training Program and to submit a “Certificate of Apprenticeship and Training” with bid response. General Contractors will be required to submit the names of any/all subcontractors to be used on this project.
