Description

The County of Kane and the Kane County Development and Community Services Department are seeking qualified and experienced professionals or consultants to enter into a professional service agreement for assistance in running the Kane County Affordable Housing Program.

This program utilizes a combination of funds, including the HOME Investment Partnership Program funds for Kane-Elgin HOME Consortium, Community Development Block Grant Program funds from Kane County and the City of Elgin, and the City of St. Charles Housing Trust Fund. The consultant may be called upon to provide high-level consulting and staff training for Kane County staff administering these funds.

The selected firm will work with the Development and Community Services Department and Staff.
