Kane County is seeking proposals from a qualified entity(ies) or individual(s) with the experience and capacity to provide a series of job readiness workshops (delivered virtually in a group setting) to WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker program participants from its Workforce Development Office in Batavia, IL beginning July 1, 2025.

This RFP will provide potential bidders with background information and details regarding the desired services, guidelines for proposals, and the contractor selection process. The purpose of this request is to procure qualified bidders with an ability to design a readiness curriculum that will aid in positive employment outcomes for program participants.
