The County Of Kane is accepting bids from qualified and experienced Vendors for as-needed general construction services for a three-year period with two(2) one (1) year optional renewals which have been mutually agrred upon, and contingent on Kane County board approval.

It is the intent and purpose of these specifications that the Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment and materials necessary for the completion of all work. The County of Kane reserves the right to purchase any and all materials for the completion of any project assigned to the Contract
