23-029 - 23-029 Detention Door Services

The County of Kane is accepting bids from experienced and qualified contractors to provide detention door repair and maintenance services to County operated facilities. 

It is the intent and purpose of these specifications that the Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment and materials necessary for the completion of all work.   The County of Kane reserves the right to purchase any and all materials for the completion of any project assigned to the contract.   

This will be a three (3) year contract, which will begin on the date of contract execution by County Board and will have two (2) one (1) year extensions if mutually agreed upon and Kane County Board approved.
