Mailed Option - Sealed responses – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria at the Peoria City Hall – Purchasing Division: 419 Fulton St. RM 108, Peoria, IL 61602. Responses shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the RFP title and RFP number marked on the outside (RFP # - RFP TITLE). Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

Electronic Option - Responses can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one (1) copy is needed. Please see Appendix 3 in the documents for additional information and instructions.
