PRE-BID MEETING – A mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit is scheduled for February 12, 2024, at 10:00 AM in City Council Chambers of City Hall, 419 Fulton Street, Peoria, IL 61602.
The meeting will be held in the council chambers to allow for contractors to view the site and ask any questions. Minutes and sign in sheet will be released as an addendum following the meeting.

Additional Bidding Instructions

IFB SUBMISSION INFORMATION - There are two (2) options for bid submittal.

Mailed Option - Sealed bids – one (1) original and three (3) copies – will be accepted by the City of Peoria, Purchasing Division, 419 Fulton Street, Room 108, Peoria, Illinois, 61602, until 2:00 p.m. on February 28, 2024. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope or package with the bid title and bid number and marked on the outside. Please include your company name and return address on the outside of the envelope.

Electronic Option - Bids can also be submitted electronically through BidNet. Only one (1) copy is needed. Please see Attachment H in the documents for additional information and instructions.

Bids received after the stated date and time will not be considered. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly recorded immediately following the closing time set for the receipt of bids.
