Additional Bidding Instructions

Contract period runs one year from October 01, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Contract purchase for the contract period shall be based upon a quantity of 1,440 wafers and 1,440 spacers. However, the flexibility of requesting/purchasing more or less quantities, depending on weather conditions, shall be at the fixed contract price per unit.
