THIS PROJECT MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR A JULY 4 WORK DATE DUE TO CLIENT'S WORK SCHEDULES

Contractor will warrant that the sealcoating materials and workmanship provided for the above project will be free from defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of completion. This warranty covers peeling or flaking due to material failure, cracking or premature wear due to improper application, failure of adhesion directly related to workmanship.
