Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide Swing Bed education, practical tools, and strategies to Idaho CAHs via webinar. The webinar must be one (1) hour in duration. The annual number of webinars to be agreed upon by the Department, topics to include but not be limited to: improving compliance; improving the quality of Swing Bed programs; increasing Swing Bed utilization; and improving quality measures. The Contractor must: a) Ensure any practical tools provided during the webinar are be modifiable for CAHs. b) Provide the webinar platform, develop and implement polling questions to measure knowledge change, and create a pre and post-webinar evaluation with input from the Department. c) Upon webinar completion, provide a webinar recording, attendee list, evaluation results, and polling responses. ; The Contractor must provide individual technical assistance via telephone or webinar (approximately one (1) hour in length annually) to assist Idaho CAHs and provide practical tools and strategies for Swing Bed program improvement. Technical assistance must include: 1. Engaging up to twenty-five (25) Idaho CAHs participating in the technical assistance annually. a) The total number of CAHs to be contacted during the project period will be determined by the Department. 2. Coordinating with the CAH to schedule and implement the telephone call or webinar. a) The Department will make the primary introduction. 3. Trouble-shooting challenges where the facility is underperforming or non-compliant. 4. Providing suggestions and best practice tools and strategies for Swing Bed program improvement.
