A. This is a solicitation for Project # Shoshone Fence Repairs, Shoshone Field Office, Shoshone Idaho.
B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to inspect and repair fencing across 4 project areas. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See statement of work (SOW) and attachments for further information.
C. A site visit will be conducted on 20 May 2025, 8:00 AM Mountain Time. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site visit including instructions to RSVP. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions.
D. Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 22 May 2025 by 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only.
E. The period of performance for this project is 30 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded.
F. The disclosure of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(c).
G. This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990, size standard of $19.0 million.
H. More than one contract award may be made under this solicitation. You may quote on a single Fence project area or any combination of Fence project areas.
I. This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.

K. Electronic quotes will be the only accepted method for submission of quotes for this solicitation. Traditional paper quotes will not be accepted.
