Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work:TheConsultantshallworkdirectlywiththeCollege’sHRDepartment.TheConsultantshallmeetwith HR to discuss methodology, develop plan and resolve any questions around selectedbenchmark positions. Additionally, the Consultant will meet with HR and potentially otherCollege management personnel to ensure correct survey data comparisons. Finally, Consultant will present the final report and findings. The Consultant will collaborate with HR department a teach phase of the study and to make any presentations to the College. The College furtherexpectsongoingandopencommunicationsbetweenConsultantandCollege’sHRdepartmentover the course of performing the work and services and throughout each work phase. All recommendations must comply with applicable State and Federal laws and enhance the College’s ability to recruit and retain qualified personnel
