Specifications include, but are not limited to: Blaine County is seeking to replace its existing Public Safety System (PSS) with a fully integrated, reliable and redundant, single source solution Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) with E9-1-1 interface, ProQA EMD, Fire, and Police interface, integrated Idaho State Link for statewide and national queries interface, response plans, and ESRI CAD mapping interface. The fully integrated comprehensive Records Management System (RMS), must at a minimum, include full data conversion, reporting, management, tracking and analysis. The system must also contain a learning management system. The Mobile Data Computer (MDC) should at a minimum, include the ability for mobile records/smart phone or tablet queries, forms and reporting and automatic vehicle location (AVL), notifications, mapping, premises, inspection, preplans, and hazardous information.
